Accredited Driving Instructors Application
To find the application form to become a new (or to renew) an Accredited Driving Instructor please click on the link icon on the left. This will take you to the Access Canberra forms and fees link.
Working With Vulnerable People Card
To apply for a Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card you will need to follow this link and fill out the application form.
ACT Licence History Check
You need to supply a 5 year driving history check. To apply for this check please follow this link.
Public Liability Insurance
Proof of Public Liability insurance to the sum of $5,000,000 must be supplied upon application. ADTA ACT reccomends you use Focus Insurance Brokers, please follow this link to get an online quote.
Certificate of Inspection for Instructor Cars
Passed Certificate of Inspection from the Access Canberra Motor Vehicle Inspection Station showing approved dual controls have been fitted to the vehicle which is to be used for driving instruction and assessment. Please note you will need to present an Engineer’s Certificate at the time of inspection. To book an inspection, please call Access Canberra on 13 22 81.
